League play begins week of March 1st-Registration Deadline Feb 15th (Teams that pay in full before deadline are eligible for free 1/2 sheet for scrimmage with teams in division)

League Philosophy

At Ice Realm, our goal is to create a competitive yet welcoming hockey experience for players of all skill levels. We focus on parity, sportsmanship, and camaraderie, ensuring that every game is competitive, fair, and fun. We strive to build a strong hockey community where players can improve, compete, and enjoy the game in a respectful and team-oriented environment.

Divisions, Skill Levels & game days: ( * Teams may be required to play on an off day to accommodate Ice Realm schedule and events*)
  • Rookie Division (Currently 2-4 teams): For first-time skaters and new players looking to get into the sport. This division focuses on fundamental skating, puck-handling, and game awareness in a supportive, learning-focused environment. (See Rookie page).
    • Games days: Sundays, Saturdays
    • April 6 - July 6
    • April 6: 8:30pm (Rest of schedule to be released shortly)

  • Tin Division: For players with basic skating and hockey experience who are working to refine their skills and build confidence in gameplay. Ideal for those who have completed a beginner program or have limited organized hockey experience.
    • Game Days: (Primary) Saturdays (Secondary Friday, Sundays)
    • Draft Skate April 12 @ 5:30PM  Click interest form to the right to be added to the draft list. Captains, contact Carly@icerealm.com for team information and more details!
    • League begins: April 26 Times tba  (We are looking to field 6 teams)

  • Copper Division (Tin/Copper may be combined): A step up from Tin, this division is for players with some league experience who understand positioning, team play, and game flow but are still developing consistency and overall skill execution.
    • Game Days: Tuesdays (Primary) 7:30 PM, 8:55 PM, 10:20 PM  (Secondary if needed Sat & Sun)

  • Bronze Division: For intermediate-level players with basic hockey experience and game awareness. Players in this division can skate, pass, and shoot with confidence but may not have the speed or advanced skill of higher-level players.
    🚨 This division is NOT for players with high-level Tier Travel, Junior, College, or Elite hockey experience.
    • Game Days: Wednesday (Primary) 7:25 PM, 8:50 PM, 10:15PM   (Possible Sat & Sun only League)

  • Women’s Division: A dedicated division for female players of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced skaters. This division prioritizes competitive play, skill development, and a strong sense of community.
  • 35+ Division (Currently 6 teams): Designed for players aged 35 and older, this division offers a competitive yet fun hockey experience that emphasizes sportsmanship, camaraderie, and a love for the game—without the pace and intensity of younger, faster divisions.

  • 40+ Drop-in League (One day a week – Pay & Skate): A casual, no-commitment option for players aged 40 and older who want to get on the ice, play some hockey, and have fun in a relaxed atmosphere. No long-term team commitment—just show up, pay, and skate!  Pay in advance package available.
  • Game Days: Saturdays, Sundays 
  • Women’s Drop-in League: A great opportunity for female players of all skill levels to get extra ice time, improve their game, and meet other players in the community. Open to both new and experienced players, this drop-in offers a fun and friendly environment for women’s hockey. 
    • Game Days: Fridays, Saturdays
  • Draft Skate:  I need a Team- click here!    - Player Evaluation & Team Placement: Join us for Draft Skate Scrimmage, an opportunity for players to showcase their skills, get evaluated for league placement, and find a team that fits their level. Whether you're a free agent looking for a team or a captain filling out a roster, this is your chance to hit the ice and get ready for the season.
  • Draft Skate Date & Time: Thursday February 13 (7:30pm) & February 23 (3:10pm)

League Fee:

Individual League Fee: $465 paid in full discount (rookie players must register individually)

Team Fee Option: $5,400 paid in full discount. 

  • 2 payment plan $5800  
    • $3,000 due at registration 
    • $2,800 due before game 5 Team Fee: $5,400 paid in full discount. 

Individual Team Payment Option: $465 paid in full discount.

  • Two payment plan $515  ($265 due at registration) 
  • 2nd payment plan $250 due before game 5
  • Sub Player Fee: $40 (Must check in at the Box Office, be a registered player, and be added to the roster.)

Adult Rookie League

Rookie Division -> Sunday Afternoon/Evenings

Ice Realm's rookie league is perfect for your introduction to hockey! We're thrilled to offer FREE hockey for first time players through our try hockey for free program! We are offering a 50% discount league fee for first time hockey players to offset the cost of gear! 

Join us in supporting First Steps of the game, both on the ice and financially, to make your hockey journey memorable and affordable! Hockey is a sport that we want all participants to get the best outcome they can out of it!
